A project spread across the UAE can have one procurement team but several very different delivery points. Treat each site as its own operational brief within a shared plan. Record its exact location, water category, expected volume, receiving setup, access window and person authorised to accept a load. This prevents a requirement at one site from being copied to another where the storage, source specification or gate arrangement is different.

Start with demand, not a fixed route. Ask each site team what the water is for and when it will actually be used. A landscape project may change its draw as planting progresses, while a temporary facility may have a steadier need. Keep drinking water, irrigation water, salt water and wastewater requests clearly separated. Where the project's technical specification is unclear, have the owner or consultant resolve it before scheduling transport.

Create a simple weekly view that lists requested dates, acceptable delivery windows and the latest storage reading for each site. Include any closure periods, security lead times and vehicle restrictions. One coordinator can then send changes to the transport provider in a consistent format instead of relying on separate calls from several teams. Keep a version date on the schedule so everyone knows which plan is current.

For each location, provide a map pin, gate name, stopping point, receiving connection and on-site contact. Ask the contact to confirm that the route remains open as work progresses. A delivery to a completed facility may have a different access process from a construction site even when both are in the same Emirate. If the movement crosses administrative areas, confirm the applicable source and operating requirements for the specific service rather than assuming the same process everywhere.

After each planned movement, record whether the delivery or collection was completed, the quantity documented at handover and any access issue to correct next time. Use those observations to refine the following week's request. Great Apple is based in Abu Dhabi and discusses water and related transport needs across the UAE; a shared site-by-site brief is the best starting point for assessing a practical arrangement.
